Refund policy

Returns

You have 10 days to return an item from the date you received it. 

For hygiene reasons we are unable to refund opened or used items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received with proof of purchase. You will need to notify us by email, quoting your order reference number in which you wish to return.

 

Refunds

Once we receive the item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, a refund will be made only for the cost item returned, using the original payment method within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policies.
