The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

You have 10 days to return an item from the date you received it. For hygiene reasons we are unable to refund opened or used items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received with proof of purchase. You will need to notify us by email, quoting your order reference number in which you wish to return. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and packaging costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged using a trackable method. Any lost or damaged products will not be reimbursed. 

Once we receive the item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, a refund will be made only for the cost item returned, using the original payment method within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policies.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
